About Giordano Home Improvement
Our Story
As a young and aspiring general contractor, Mike Giordano III, established Giordano Home Improvement as merely a side-hustle many years ago. As his oldest son, I've worked under him and many other professionals within the field over the last 15 years allowing me the opportunity to gather an invaluable set of knowledge and skills. I now carry on his legacy and profession with my own hands, hoping to build Giordano Home Improvement into a reliable and reputable company that can continue serving homeowners with trusted and quality craftsmanship. We are small now, officially re-establishing in 2024 and primarily focused on remodels, renovations, and repairs, but with time and commitment will one day be able to take on larger new construction contracts. The Framework of Giordano Home Improvement rests on the foundation of honesty, respect and hard work.

Giordano Home Improvement offers a wide range of construction services including small-scale new construction, remodels and renovations, painting, landscape design and maintenance, residential and commercial repair and maintenance, etc.
With a large network of resources in the NY and CT area, we are proud to help Homeowners find answers for the services they need. If not with Giordano Home Improvement, we provide the same effort in finding you the right contracting service as we would providing it ourselves.
Yes, we rarely receive call backs on jobs as we are committed to providing quality work. But if the case should arise, we are dedicated to leaving no job unfinished or faulty. In case of emergency services, because we are a small company we do not have contractors available 24/7.
Currently, we have a team of about 10 sub-contractors with each having their own field of expertise ranging from Plumbing and HVAC, to Carpentry, Painting, Masonry, Excavation and more.
Yes, Giordano Home Improvement provides free estimates for all construction projects.
Currently, as a smaller company we work primarily on smaller projects and have not yet met the need for insurance though our subcontractors are licensed. Insurance is an asset that will be applied to our framework very soon.
